Oil-Based Massage

This luxurious therapeutic bodywork session blends Swedish, osteopathic, and neuropathic massage techniques. You may feel both invigorated and relaxed from the delightfully soothing flow. It nurtures the nerves, organs, glands, circulation cycle, and muscles, and helps the body rid itself of toxins. This oil-based bodywork session will leave you feeling refreshed and rejuvenated, plus you get all the benefits of the oil on your skin as well!

CranioSacral Therapy​

A therapy based in stillness rather than movement, CranioSacral Therapy recognizes that the body always chooses optimal health. This modality is known to re-balance the cerebrospinal fluid that circulates the brain and spinal cord, leaving you with a new sense of balance, well-being, and wholeness.  This session may induce a profound state of rest while improving mental clarity and relieving stress, pain, and anxiety. For total ease, you will remain fully clothed. Please wear comfortable, non-restrictive clothing for this session.

Thai Herbal Massage

In Thai Massage, the practitioner uses her hands, elbows, knees, and feet to compress the muscles, release tense points and gently stretch the body, allowing it to relax, open, and decompress. The Thai method traces and clears ten energy lines, which cover all muscle groups and organs. Called the moving meditation, this intuitive cleansing session promotes deep relaxation within the body and stillness within the mind while alleviating ailments and injuries. Feeling the warm and comforting herbal compresses on your body enhances the session's benefits. I use a traditional Thai herbal blend that relaxes and invigorates muscles, eases constricted areas, and increases flexibility. Induced and enchanted by the compresses' heat and aromas, you may easily drift into a place of true healing, while tension, aches, and pains quickly exit from your body. Thai Massage sessions are practiced without oils or creams and occur on a mat designed for comfort. For total ease, you will remain fully clothed. Please wear comfortable, non-restrictive clothing for this session.

​Thai Herbal Abdominal Massage

In this Thai Abdominal Herbal Massage session, we focus on the health and relaxation of your abdomen. In Thai medical theory, all energy pathways in the body connect at the navel. When we relax our core, the rest of our body and being can fully let go, rest, and rejuvenate. Massage on the abdomen addresses the digestive system creating unrestricted flow and harmonious organ function. It is also known to provide relief for anxiety, postpartum, fibromyalgia, neck pain, back pain, and varicose veins. Feeling the warm and comforting herbal compresses on your body enhances the session's benefits. I use a traditional Thai herbal blend that relaxes and invigorates muscles, eases constricted areas, and increases flexibility. Induced and enchanted by the compresses' heat and aromas, you may easily drift into a place of true healing, while tension, aches, and pains quickly exit from your body.  I will also apply a unique Thai Abdominal Oil blend made with love and various herbs to your abdomen within this session. This session occurs on a mat designed for comfort. For total ease, you will remain fully clothed. Please wear comfortable, non-restrictive clothing for this session.

Reiki Energy Healing

This is an hour-long energy work session designed to ease mental and physical imbalance. The technique involves a calming series of hand positions placed with the intention to free areas of the body that have become energetically stuck or injured. The body subtly responds to its new fluidity as the energy field becomes soothed. Some people may feel the regenerating and pulsing effect, while others become aware of a sense of lightness and peacefulness.

Thai Herbal Group Steams


​This event is held in an intimate herbal tent with a small group of 8 people. To remain comfortable, clients wear loose clothing, preferably without dyes (white). Three steams made from a traditional Thai herbal blend, are enjoyed throughout the event. The herbal-infused steam soothes the respiratory system and rejuvenates the circulatory system's flow. The Thai herbal blend used is also known to relieve tension, aches, and inflexibility.

Being the ultimate 90-minute detox, you will experience healthy perspiration.  So, be ready to sweat!

This event is held a few times per year at our location in Virginia Beach, Virginia.
